I use these in a sauce for my pasta, but only use half the tin.

Does anybody know how long the other half would last in an airtight container in the fridge?

I dont know the scientific answer to this pixie but I keep them for 3 or 4 days and I've never had a problem.

Why not make double quantity of sauce and freexe the other half?
