The best squid I ever had was in Croatia, stuffed with cooked wild rice.

I had squid once by accident in Spain, I was throwing up for two days after !

Sorry, I read that as sqad and noodles, thought there was a new story about to unfold.

Too late for stuffed squid, I've criss crossed it and cut it up.
Tony, don't say that!! I've been poorly and today is the first day I feel okay!!
Should I keep the noodles pretty plain?

Question Author
Why? Did it poison you?
|
|
Well it certainly felt like it ummmm, couldn't even keep water down for about two days !

But that was in Spain ummmm, could have been that the squid was dodgy or how it was cooked was dodgy.

I went away years ago with sil who was a very fussy eater, told her squid was onion rings, don't think she's ever forgiven me.

Lol...
I really like squid. Had a Vietnamese squid curry a few weeks back. It was lovely.
And no, Tony, that is not what made me ill :-)

That's how I got caught, Traci.

Are you sure, ummmm.

Question Author
Yes. Different type of illness.
Do you eat noodles?
|
|
Yes ummmm, Chinese takeaway Chow Miens love them.
|
|
Noodles and ginger. If the squidlings are marinating in teriyaki I'd avoid any chilli, but maybe a tad of garlic too with the noodles.
(squid, oh no, no and thrice no thank you)

|
I love squid and when I've had them with pasta they were in a creamy seafood sauce.
|
|
