Dear All,
I made rice n peas tonight for the first time, I ws.chuffed with as I didnt burn it ( for one I didnt burn my rice, I always forget its on and burn it..........anyhoo?!
How do you makes yours? I was told it was good for a first attempt but the next time I want to impress my dad! I want to knock his socks off!!!

Help!!... please! x

Add coconut milk and a sprig of thyme. Delicious.

I use microwave,lazy I knowbut less likely toover cook.

"Dirty" rice, stir in a mashed cooked chicken liver too, add a savouriness but not overly liver-flavoured
