Feed them anything you eat yourself. An 11 month old should be eating most dinners that adults eat. I would draw the line at chicken vindaloo and the like though !!!!!

Like Hammerman says, same as you eat. Just watch the salt content.

My little grandson eats exactly the same as the rest of the family - but be sure not to put salt in before you give it to an infant. His mummy also doesnt want him to have too much sugar either, so he doesnt have many cakes and biscuits. But give him a dish of blueberries, and hes in heaven!

My 11 month old grand daughter eats finger foods, small peices of toast/carrots/raisins/strawberries and as hammerman said what the family eat (selectively)

My very picky twins loved mashed spuds,corned beef and carrots.It was a simple standby meal that seem ed to do the job!

Hi all, thanks for your answers. I have tried all of the Annabel karmel recipes and he won't eat any of them free.
Tonight I made a family fave, shepherds pie, my son shut his mouth and turned away. Hope this gets easier! |
