I made some home made spag Bol a couple of weeks ago. Also made some chilli...muddled the two in my freezer so took everything out of the freezer to defrost yesterday. Would it be safe to refreeze the spag Bol sauce to save wastage as it will not all get eaten this week? It was a lovely batch too. If not, how long will this last in the fridge will it be ok till Friday?
Yes I guess so. I was scared i poisoned folk that's all......lol. If you think its safe, I will give it shot, it will smell odd when I defrost it again if anything is dodgy eh?
