Frozen Quorn mince

I dont know what to treat it as! If I make a spaghetti bol with frozen Quorn mince can I freeze it again? Like meat? Or can I store the bolognaise in the fridge for a day and reheat?

I make chilli and freeze it ,no one has died yet if that helps.

It is basically fungus based, so no different from dealing with mushrooms. Freeze after cooking in sauce should be fine. Also fine to store and re-heat.

Ive cooked it and frozen it too. And also reheated from fridge
