Best Answer crikey! If I cooked focaccia at 200oC it would burn on the outside and still be doughy inside............I think I might need a new oven...lol
The formula given already is a good one, but the easiest way for me to do the conversion is as follows:-
Degrees C to F;- Degrees C plus 40, Multiply by 9/5, subtract 40 and the answer is in degrees F
Degrees F to C:- As above, but multiply by 5/9.
As a check, 100 degrees C = 212 degrees F
