I had egg salad and will have more fruit already had two bananas some cherries a satsuma and a peach this morning

If you like marmite then a thin smear before you put the cheese on is good!

It really is like the advert....saw my dad eating some the other day and just kept thinking about it .....never tried marmite x

I spread a little mayo on the bread first and add thinly sliced tomatoes and onions

seconded my mother always gets it really good flavour I like the red spot cheddar from birmingham markets the black spot is tooooooo strong

Oooh I agree Rowan - I like a good sharp cheddar but the black spot is real 'sweaty socks' stuff ...

Its the cheese equivalent ofwho can eat the hottest chilli they've had some lovely stilton recently and some mozarella

I'm currently hooked on aged/matured Gruyere - S'bury do a seriously good one but Paxton & Whitfield in Stratford have one that is even better.
