Turkey meat loaf soak a packet of sage and onion stuffing add to the mince with a couple of eggs to bind it add some extra finely chopped onion and squish really well together its a use your hands job.... put in a loaf tin and cover with bacon and tin foil 200 degrees for about 75 mins probably enough to make two so cook one and freeze one
That's not a good start to your veggie conversion !
I'd have thought that for most things mince is mince is mince. Must be loads of Net recipes using mince.
Burgers was the first thing that came to my mind. But when I was a student a load of mince with lots of chopped vegetables (poor things) used to make an impromptu casserole type dish. Especially if you add a bit of spice.
