He's dressed as a Nurse and insisting on being called Matron, very odd.

That entire programme is one massive joke which is painfully dragged out and Noel is the worst thing about it. It should be condensed to a five minute show with a man presenting who doesn't try to act as though there is any kind of skill involved.
