What to go with pork belly for dinner tonight

I've got slow cooked pork belly strips in maple barbecue sauce. I don't know what to have with them. Any suggestions?

I susually do either rice, or saute pots and green beans

mashed potatoes or steamed new potatoes with veg (garden peas always nice with new spuds) oh and onion rings!

gree salad perhaps with watercress or rocket in it to pepper it up a little.

cous cous goes well with belly pork ...either plain or with dried fruit added, yummy.

BBQ sauce makes me think of coleslaw and spicy potato wedges.

Hmmm, I normally twice cook pork belly in spices and then serve with an apple and onion veloute. However with bbq sauce, I would think you would something like noodles or spiced rice or cous cous.
