What do you place the bananas in when you are done dipping them in lemon juice?

Slice them in half lengthways. Place in buttered dish cut side down. Sprinkle with brown sugar or drizzle with  honey. Bake in warm oven for about 15-20 minutes. Serve with cinnamon, ice cream or maple syrup - or whatever takes your fancy.
