I have never been a great lover of cheese, like it toasted but not like straight from the fridge, but as i got older, i find myself trying out new ones, like bavarian smoked, and ones with fruit in, and the mexicana, but i find myself addicted to feta cannot resist it, what about you?

I could eat feta salad for breakfast, lunch or supper.

And I do! Breakfast with toast, lunch with pitta and supper with new potatoes. Love it.

maidup, maybe we need a self help group lol
St Marcellin & Chevre Cendré for goat

Roquefort, Stilton or Cashel Blue for a blue

Vacherin for a runny Brie type....

But there are so many more, Pudol from Spain for example is delish..............
I prefer mild cheese if I'm eating them on their own. Things like stilton are lovely with grapes.

Sadly not into blue cheese, tastes like bad mushrooms
I like most cheeses but I guess my favourite is a nice mature cheddar. In regards to the fridge it's ok for storing your cheese but it's best to take it out and let it get to room temperature before eating.
For a BBQ it's got to be Haloumi (grilled on BBQ), on mushrooms - grated stilton, on a cheeseboard - Boulet d'Avergne.

All top,top cheeses, IMHO
Halomi is on my list of 'must try'
Having said that bella, I like most other cheeses too and agree with paddy that they're best eaten at room temperature.

Except halloumi which is best grilled with an avacado salad. mmmmmm.
Halloumi squeeks doesn't it nibble?

Squeeks when you grill it and squeeks when you eat it!
I think that could be my starter sorted for tomorrow maidup :-)

Goats' cheese.

Best to try these cheeses yourself bella, other people's opinions shouldn't count where your taste is concerned.

If you don't like it then take it off your cheese list, there's millions more to try.
