lasange, spag bol, pizza, curry, meatballs, meatloaf ..........

Dont try to make too many different meals. I find it helps to meal plan for the week when weekly shopping and monthly for a monthly shop, so do the same for the freezer
Chilli con carne, and rice; sweet and sour chicken, and rice; both these can be frozen with the rice in a dish. Even roast meat can be frozen if sliced, with some gravy on top, and meat pie in portions.

Excellent, thanks to you bioth, they are such fussy eaters it's unbelievable, no mushrooms, no obvious onions blah blah blah.
Chicken in white sauce freezes well and the rice can be frozen separately, Fish Pie, Salmon or Chicken en croute, soups, you can flatten some chicken breasts coat in flour, egg and breadcrumbs and freeze, canneloni, gnocchi, stroganoff, macaroni cheese, melanzane parmigiana, burgers as well as enchiladas/burritos. Happy cooking!
