OH is out bowling for the day, not sure when he will be back as he is on a coach. I thought I would do lamb in the oven, usually do a Moroccan Lamb, but fancied something different. I am sure you will have recipes somewhere other than a lamb stew or hotpot - not cold enough for that really!

Haven't done Stifado for years! I think I'll do that. What should I serve it with? Potatoes or rice?

I cook our lamb on a Sunday like this quite a lot with a tin of tomatoes, some tomato puree, apricots, teaspoon of cumin, same of turmeric, season well, and a ood good glug of red wine. I put this on s really slow roast (low temp), it always turns out lovely!! I guess that's quite Mororccan though......sorry!! Just read your post properly lol...
