Recipe for bobbis' hubby
Lamb kebab
I small (250g) pack minced lamb
grated zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
I long sprig fresh rosemary, snipped finely with scissors
small handful fresh mint leaves, chopped fine
I Lamb Oxo cube crumbled, do not add any water, leave it dry
1 teasp garlic (either fresh or purée)
black pepper
Sauce
1 small pot natural yoghurt )
I teaspoon of concentrated mint sauce ) mix togther
1 teaspoon (or to taste) sweetner )
1 tablespoon lemon juice )
Mix together, make sausage shapes and skewer. Grill till cooked serve with salad, jacket wedges and yoghurt sauce

I Baking sized potato per person

Cut potato in half length wise, and then cut each half into quarters lengthwise.
Boil in salted water for 5 mins. drain. Brush with a little oil and sprinkle on spice mix of choice, eg BBQ spice, curry powder, chili powder etc, put on a baking sheet and cook in oven for roughly twenty mintues till crispy
