What does one do to help an employee who displays a peculiar characteristic of having done "everything" everyone else has done no matter how remote that possibility may be. Her favorite expression is "I was just about to say that" or "I was just thinking that" or "I just did that". It is so extreme that her co-workers are calling her (behind her back) "single, white female" after the movie character. This is no longer benign. It's weird; almost creepy. Is there a name for this syndrome and how do we help?
