Baring in mind it's supposed to be the most important meal of the day, it surprises me how many people just don't bother with anything at all before they go out - not even a hot drink!
Depends today toast and honey yesterday was cereal....could be egg on toast or fruit and fat free yoghurt tomorrow.... usually bacon and mushroom sarnie on saturday if at home and once in a while a full english (but then I wouldn't have lunch)
almost every morning - porridge with honey, cinnamon and loads of fresh fruit and proper pukka strong coffe. Always have a cup of rooibos tea with honey, lemon and ginger as soon as I wake up.Can't go without brekkie.
I have never been comfortable eating in the morning. Nowadays it's just a coffee or something. I think it is just that people get into eating habits. If someone prepared breakfast for me I could get used to it.
Being a diabetic its important I eat a breakfast. After my morning injection I'll have a bowl of cereal (Puffed Wheat) with some fruit (Whatevers in the bowl) I'll then have a black coffee, then sit & watch 'Heir Hunters' doesn't vary much.
Morning mercia. Always the same 3 courses: meds, coffee and ciggie. I eat one meal a day and that is usually in the evening. If I stay with Big Sis it is similar but with a small luncheon thrown in :)
