Hi all
How do i stop the white foam from forming on the pea's when they start to boil. Iv tried washing them but still i have to keep my eye on the pan as it boils over.

Run a line of butter near top edge of pan and have the lid at an angle.
The foam does disappear as they cook if there is a lot then skim off.

Thanks mamyalynne, i will try the butter. I stand over them constantly skimming the foam off.
are you not boiling them too hard?
