Reading, writing, hospital visiting....I dress make and make my own home soft furnishings....and I also make greetings cards for charity. I'm walking around the house with headphones on at the moment, brushing up my Japanese for when we have these business men come in September. I have plenty ot time, having once had my own catering business I have a lot of labour-saving devices and use timers etc, I also get up between 5.30-6.00am every morning. Hubby is out very early during the week so I just usually have toast and juice in the mornng, never have lunch except on Sundays so I have lots of time to prepare the evening meal

Tonight I had roast loin of lamb for tea, with cauliflower cheese, roast potatoes, carrots and cabbage. All cooked by Mr. C. He's a cracker too. :o)

I love raspberries. Got to add some now to my Tesco order. Not the same as growing your own I know but don't have a garden.

I love good cooking and things like raspberries and vanilla/clotted cream ice cream (and I am down here in Cornwall) are my fav with it - especially if it is double vanilla and throw in a meringue and, secondly, pour a nice sauterne or Tokaij to go with it

redhelen - miracle grow or comfrey 'tea' which I use on my toms too - my raspberry canes are very sheltered from the wind, but get the sun and are next to the back of the green house, that's why they're early
