Drinks without sugar, fruit or alcohol

Does anyone know any drinks I can have? For 12 weeks I need to avoid alcohol, tea, coffee, dairy, fruit, wheat, yeast and sugar. I can have herbal tea, but not fruit tea. The only drinks I can think of are water, tomato juice and carrot juice. (I know tomato is actually a fruit, but apparently it doesn't have the same natural sugar content as other fruits).
The next question is; does anyone know where I can buy tomato juice or carrot that hasn't got added sugar or lemon juice?
Does anyone know if Barley Cup contains wheat (because if so, I can have that as my hot drink). I don't fancy just drinking hot or cold water for 3 months. Any ideas would be most welcome.

Does coconut water count as fruit ?
It is supposed to have lots of nourishing qualities.
You can make ginger tea by getting a piece of root ginger about 2 inches long, bashing it quite thoroughly and boiling the bits in a couple of pints of water,.
Strain it through muslin or a coffee filter paper, drinkt the result hot or cold. Supposed to be very helpful for digestion

ooh, that's great, I can have Barley Cup! I don't think it's too strict as it's hardly affecting my intake of savouries. And that's the most important thing to me. I agree,it does seem very restrictive regarding drinks. But as I'm on a quest to lose half a stone anyway. . . avoiding alcohol and sugary drinks, and sugar in general, is going to be good for me. Thanks so much for all your help everyone. if you have any more ideas about variety of drinks that would be great.
I drink white tea or green tea, without milk but with a sweetener, I like it - white tea is lovely, give it a go!
Can I suggest that you pop into your local health food shop?, the ladies in ours are ver knoweldgeable and I'm sure would help you select appropriate things you can drink.
Question Author
I'll give white tea a go. I'll also have ginger tea, thanks, I'd forgotten about that.
I don't mind drinking water, just think it's a bit boring.
You have all been so helpful. Thanks to you all I've found three/four more drinks to try.
I'm not sure about coconut drink, I don't see why not though. I have a Health food shop about 15 minute walk away so could try that too.
Waitrose do a good selection of organic juices, Sainsburys do a no added sugar cream soda and ginger beer, also you should be OK with tea bags for ginger and lemon tea as the lemon is from the peel . Most of the sugar free flavoured waters don't contain fruit and if you want savoury bovril might be OK as well.
Question Author
I can't have any fruit or fruit juices.(as with all the rest, it's just for 12 weeks) Bovril has yeast in it.Forgot to mention I'm not having E numbers or MSG either. But I could give the ginger and lemon tea a whirl (if the peel doesn't count as a fruit sugar). I'm also not having artificial sweetener.
Thank you for all the suggestions, it doesn't sound so bleak now as I have these different drinks to try (and they all sound healthy too)
Is this for Candida, notafish? There are a number of websites that cater for candida sufferers, and this

has a good 5 day program for dealing with Candida.
urine - it is healthy when fresh.

we were advised to use it as an antiseptic if we were out of the latter in the mountains
Try hot Bovril.
For tomato juice, try the co-op or any off-licence.
How about V8 vegetable juice?
Water, carbonated or still, yes. Is Tonic water allowed?
Good Luck!
Question Author
Thank you for your answers. Yes, candida is part of the problem.
I can't have Bovril as it contains yeast, but I'll have a look at the ingredients for V8, I had that once, and liked it, so I hope that'll be ok for me.
I've just read through the literature about having too much yeast in digestive tract and it says a side effect is migraine associated with a period. If I can stop having migraines whilst menstruating it will be worth it for that alone.

All fruit juices contain sugar in the form of fructose. and even pure carrot juice contains lots of sugar.
Question Author
Thank you for your answers. Yes, I will avoid artificial sweeteners as well as fruit. Carrots are ok as it's a different type of sugar in carrots. But apparenty beetroots and parsnips have the same kind of sugar as fruits. My savoury foods are hardly limited. Mainly I was looking for more of a variety of drinks.
I know you've said you don't like Rooibush (redbush) tea, but I suggest you persevere as it is a really good alternative to "normal" tea.

It's a bit of an acquired taste. I started drinking it without milk or sugar a few years back when I tried the Atkins diet. The diet is long since over, but I still like redbush tea and drink it every day.
Question Author
I'll try it again then, thank you. How long did it take you to like the taste?
From memory just two or three days. Maybe 10 or 12 cups.
What about unsweetened cocoa, made with unsweetened soya milk?

You can also make a sort of milkshake by blending honey (if you can have that) with soya milk.
notafish can't have dairy (milk) or sugar - which most likely includes all sweet products, including honey.
Question Author
Thanks for all the answers. Yes that's right; I'm not having dairy or soya. Rice milk is lovely though, I'm quite happy with that. Thanks again everyone for your answers. I really don't think there are any more drinks that I can have, that haven't been suggested already. But I'm happy now that there are several drinks I can have that you all have told me about.
What a strict regime! I'm wondering if there is anything left when you have to take all these things into consideration. But worth it if it does what you want.
