Help please!

I have two sirloin steaks and not a lot of imagination. Any good ideas for something handy? Hubby due home in an hour and he'll be starving so all suggestions welcome!

What about serving with some mushrooms and onions sauted in red wine. Some potato wedges. or top them with some wholegrain mustard and butter. What have you got in?

Hi Annie, I have the usual store cupboard stuff plus onions mushrooms etc. The big guy doesn't like wine in cooking (likes to drink it tough! he tells me nothing beats a full-bodied australian!) I like the mustard idea and some sauted onions on the side. Many thanks!
