Im still not convinced he actually did anything wrong.He is a master at twisting words but from what i gather the implication was that he was a 'swinger' by the NoTW -however its been determined that he didnt partake so does that make him a 'swinger'.?
Not as far as I can see.I think the knives were out for him by the 'solidarity' of factions of the SSP....we'll see -an appeal is in.

Dris - The result of the case has nothing, as such, to do with it.
He sued the NOTW, lied to prove his case, It would of been the same if he had lost.
You take an oath or affermation in court to tell the truth and its legally binding. If you don't tell the truth you are subverting justice.

Sorry but Wshee -what the hell did any of your first post have to do with him being jailed for perjury?
DTD -thanks for explaining.I do understand the charge of perjury and its implications.Just not sure if this has been a witch hunt and whether he did lie on oath when he denied partaking in any activities in the 'club'-he has admitted being there but there is a difference.
