mulled wine

Has anyone used a slow cooker to serve and keep hot mulled wine?
Or has anyone a better idea:-)

weve done that for the past couple of years, and it worked really well. We kept it on the lowest setting so as not to burn the alchole off, and only for one evening, i dont know what it would go like if it was kept for longer

Thanks Bollie, I don't have a slow cooker, but think I'll have a look around for one with various heat settings...wouldn't want to burn off the alcohol LOL
