Dos anyone know where I can get this mail order please, my usual supplier doesn't seem to have any?
Just to be clear, I am not interested in alternates unless they are also a version of Canadian Club, or (and I mean this nicely) opinions on my taste in alcohol.

Many thanks

High uric acid apparently so maybe this is why my feet hurt?? Everything else is ticketybo, but I always thought that toms, prawns and strawbs were healthy!

Gosh it is so cold here, even the bus driver rubbed my hands to warm them, but he is dishy and I didn't mind!! I got the front seat and then some smelly old woman sat next to me with bags and bags of shopping, tins banging into my leg,and I couldn't move, nowhere to fold coat as it got warmer and once legs were crossed I couldn't uncross them was in agony!! She snotted and snuffled, urgh!! I really need a private chauffeur!!
Aw bless Baby(?) Moondust, what does he call you Robi (well the polite version?) are you gran, gan, nan, ganma or what??

If diet doesn't fix it, then there are meds you can take. my Fil has gout, but doesn't get flare ups these days
Hi , Neti a friend of mine has gout and my old Aunt but they both have meds which apparently are working. I've no idea what they're called.
Hope yours eases up.
Robi I love that stage when babies begin to talk. Steady's first word was shoes. He said shooooes as I was putting those little boot things on. He's 44 and I can remember it like it was yesterday. Crazeee!
Off to watch football in a bit. Reading v Bradford in the cup match. Amazing, it's on BBC 1.
I think I'm going to turn the heating up as well. Gong a bit cool after today's sunshine. I went for a walk this morning and it felt great.
Whatever is that fancy 'deca something 'word you've had Jno to stop you eating things.
I expect tomorrow I'll come home with a list of can and can't eats.

Have a good night my lovely Biddyfriends.
Evening all
It's been a cold day but good in parts like the curates egg. Some sunshine .
Hope you're all ok .
Yes that sounds like gout Neti .I expect they can give you tablets for it .
I had it in my toe many years ago when I was quite young ,well,in my twenties .God knows why.At the time I thought it was something old men got who drank too much port , but I've never had it since and I can whack shellfish down at a rate of knots :)
I've had a bit of a muddly day. Went for haircut ,came home and my brother came in and asked if I wanted to go to the big Morrisons ,so off we went and then we went to the baker and then a farmshop so I've had a bit of a tour round .
Littlies are sweet when they start talking ...he'll soon be asking you to lend him a tenner Robina :)
Alltucked up in bed waiting for Corrie. That is why I take condrosan, but obviously that is not for gout, will ask mexico, not that I want to take more meds, but could do with being able to wear decent shoes once in a while.

Gosh shaney you were zooming here there and everywhere today, bit like me, but I work best under pressure, getting everything done and sorted, but when I've got nothing much to do, then even getting dinner is a bind!!
I assume jno's deracinated means they've had a tooth removed!
just the root, the rest had already gone
I had to google deracinated, it never made the Nottingham dictionary - uprooted....Lol. Hope you're pain free jno.

I'm mommar at the moment, moondust pronunciation of grandma. I'm not one of those who thinks it sounds too old, I'll grow into it. Funny you mention money shaney, I've got a habit of leaving piles of change everywhere and he went round picking it up 'Penny....penny....' In the end I gave him a plastic dish to put it in and then he ran round saying 'bowwwwl' haha. I don't think he collected a tenner though.
I'm zooming off to bed ,I'm shattered.
Hope you're deracinations are not too painful Jno .
Moondust sounds very entertaining to have around .I bet he cheers you up .
If Lenny Henry tells me one more time how wonderful it is to wake refreshed after a good nights sleep ,I'll throw something at the tele :)
Goodnight all .

must be up early, we are going to the SkyGarden

http://skygarden.london/

Ooh, haven't seen a .london address before.

Then we may try to get onto a tour of Somerset House. Plus I have a silent movie screening to go to in the evening (my hearing is too stuffed to cope with the talkies).
Good morning all!
Morning all...very chilly, puta says three degrees....♫ when will I see you again...♫...oops sorry.

Oooh very impressive jno. It's a bloomin' long way to go downstairs to the water butt to fill your watering can though. Enjoy it....I wouldn't mind one of those tree ferns if you can get it under your coat please.
There's no such thing as silence for me, I've had full volume surround sound tinnitus for weeks.
Morning all
Chilly here too but it's brightening up out there now after a grey start.
That sky garden looks great Jno ,I expect Neti would enjoy that :)
Hope you're all ok .I ache to kingdom come ,too much trudging around yesterday.
My SiL gets tinnitus ,she says it's horrible .

That sky garden is stunning, I fancy a visit to the seafood bar for lobster and champagne. Not gonna happen though.
Robi I am sorry to hear about the tinnitus, does nothing help?
Tis milder here today. Blooming fox was in the garden again last night, left more pigeon remains spread around and Rab was out there most of the night, little devil. Must be either a thick fox or a very bold one.
Foxes here are very noisy in the night sometimes.

During the daytime I can usually cope with the tinnitus, I never have silence, there's always radio, music or tv on but night time can be troublesome. It seems to have been a lot worse since I had the fall, I think what few marbles I have must have been dislodged :) I can understand why it drives some people to despair. I don't think there's a lot they can do but the new 'wonder drug' for all ills, amytriptiline, seems to be mentioned a lot.

I'm listening to my noisy washer chugging away at the moment, it's coming up to it's 13th birthday and it sounds weary. I'm having a casual browse around the net for ideas for if and when it throws in the towel (lol). How can there be sooo many?
Question Author
oh tell me about it! I despise my tumble dryer because it has an eco sensor in it that you can't turn off and that insists that clothes are bone dry when they are not. I am desperate for it to break down so i can buy a new one. Even filtering by condenser dryer and high load weight, there are millions and none of them the one I want.
