I am not sure if this is the right area for this question but will ask it anyway. I need some enamel non-breakable mugs for camping but not sure where to get them. I live in the Shropshire area but could go to Shrewsbury and will be in Birmingham in the next week.

Sorry to ask such a mundane question but as most of you know I am on a very low income (none) and will be needing to get them as cheaply as possible. I know that they can be very expensive and do not wish to be fleeced for them.

Thanks in advance for any kind replies.

As I say I am in South Shropshire, and sorry to hear that you threw away some mugs. I would have had them. If you are ever in this area then send them in my direction.

Just a thought JB, type Freecycle or Freegle into your browser. If there is a Freecycle near you, post a WANTED on there and you may get mugs free. I use our local one all the time. No money changes hands, and you get some really good stuff. Can also get rid of unwanted stuff too. Good luck
Do they have to be enamel? I'm only asking as my local pound shop has a stack of 6 plastic cups (smiley faces on, multicoloured- very snazzy!) for well...a quid. Cheap as chips and perfect for camping brews.
Good idea dido. All you have to do is collect - no money. Or if you have time Jonny you could try car boot sales. I threw some away too, I didn't think people used them in these days. Actually I think I sent them to the charity shop. If they are not on display and ask, they sometimes have things in the back room that they are not able to display for lack of space.
JB if they don't have to be enamel get plastic, it is lighter to carry too.
Seriously, can no one see my replies on this post? LOL
I can see you BOO and I think that is also a good idea - the campers will love smiley faces especially early in the morning.
Tea in plastic cups is disgusting .....
lol thank you Star, I was beginning to doubt I could be seen, or worse...I've got B.O and you're all too polite to tell me!

Yes, I can see your answers Boo and sorry if I offended you earlier. I do value all your kind answers and just wish you all lived nearer me. You could come round and give them to me in person then. Not sure whose advice I will take but Poundland seems to be a good option or failing that Millet's outdoor store.
Tea in plastic cups is part of the fun of camping!! Yes, it does taste disgusting!
No worries JonnyBoy. Good luck and enjoy your camping.
