AOG does, but seemingly only because elton is a virtual pensioner and not because he is homosexual or in a civil partnership. personally I am chuffed for them and the child, it's a pity Renata never had kids too.

What difference does it make if the child is cared for at times by nannies,so are a lot of children born to comfortably well off parents. It's probably preferable to dumping said child at the childminders at 8am...and collecting it in time for a bath and tea at 6pm.
Everyone is focussing on Sir Eltons age....his partner is a good deal younger...and that child IS going to have two parents.

It is true the child will not want for anything but, it is like Elton John has had his career and now thinks he will have a child. It isn't like he has given a homeless child security. They have deliberately set out to have a child by a surrogate mum. That makes me feel uncomfortable.

He had his chance to be a dad when he was married during the 1980s. This is unnatural - a child needs a mother and a father, not two of the same.

This is nothing short of another example of human trafficking by the rich and famous.
