small organisation

If you have a small organisation, where people buy things and then claim the money back, would the person in charge of the money use an invoice book to record this??
Thanks x

it has to be well recorded.. just wondered if this was a normal practise!
i have a small organisation (club)
our treasurer uses forms to keep things on track so if you buy anything for the club you fill in one of our (home produced) forms to get the money back
Yes it's normal practice, you can use a book or forms as long as there is evidence to back up the expenditure.
