My father passed away in December. His partner who owned her own house was upset the house had not been left to her.

My father could not have left it to her as I was a joint owner at that point and the terms of the deeds were the survivor took the deceased share in any case he willed his share of the house to me.

I have found clothes in a wardrobe belonging to this lady new with the price tags on and the total value amounts to about 800.

There are some used clothes as well as makeup, perfume etc all reasonably expensive.

I have sent 2 recorded letters requesting her to phone and arrange a time for her to collect these items.

I have e mailed her daughter asking her to get her mother to arrange for collection of these items.

I have phoned her on 3 occasions and she just slams the phone down on me.

I have also tried to deliver these items to her just to have the door slammed in my face.

I just want these items out of the house. Any advice on what I should do?.
