Are you sure it is a wart? Could be something else. Either way, you should both get checked out asap.

well it looks very warty like!
No it doesn't mean he is seeing someone else as warts can stay dormant for a long time. He could pass it on to you though through intercourse. Get checked out the pair of you.
Agree with all above...get him to have it checked and do not have unprotected sex until he has.
How long has he had it?
How long have you been seeing him?
Genital warts are sexually transmitable. The wart Virus lives in the system and can recur, so perhaps he had it before he met you and it's just flared up again. It could also mean that he has cheated on you and recently caught it, if that's what it is.

Yes you should et yourself down to a GUM clinic and get checked out. The Human Papilloma virus (warts) is the main contributer to Cervical Cancer.
yes you should be concerned as they are sexually transmitive however in your boyfriends defence this does NOT neccessary mean hes cheated on you as the virus can remain dormant for years. Genital warts have been linked with cervical cancer in women so it is important you BOTH go and get checked out at your nearest gum clinic. There is no need to be embarrased and warts are very common and can be treated. good luck
