Is it possible to get a job in Italy for summer in a cafe, restourant or a hotel with not knowing italian but with a good knowledge of english?

I'd say yes, especially if it's a place that's popular with English tourists.
Though I don't know how you'd go about it, I guess the only way would be to go to Italy and then ask around while you're there. Which would be very brave.
