Thank you, I can now watch tonight's!
It's very compelling isn't it?
Compelling .........and confusing!
I think all will be made clear/ clearer towards conclusion Tilly....
Patsy, just when I think I've sussed it out, something else happens to disprove my theory. :-)

It's brilliantly written.
the lost girl looks like me after I have spent the night in a hedgerow
( and just about as wordy )
so I kinda get put off ....

and people are a bit typecast
the mad hoover-er ( she wouldnt stop hoovering with a Wild Eyed look in order to speak to her equally mad husband ) isnt MAD at all - she's Right !

the German gormless skinhead is a well gormless skin - and doesnt read Einstein or Essenin in his spare time ....
I hope poor Julien Baptiste doesn't end up getting blamed for a lot of stuff that has happened lately and then dies, so can't defend himself, while the evil 'ring' of people get away with it....
So, you are watching it then, Peter, despite your misgivings?
gave up on it !!
How many more episodes are there? Does anyone know?
Tilly. 2 left. 8 altogether.
Thanks, Patsy........all will be revealed.
.......or not. :-)
We'll see and compare notes!...

I really enjoyed last night's episode although it was a bit difficult to follow. When Alice appeared in the PR man's house, I was really shocked, hadn't seen that coming at all.
I hope JB isn't accused of attacking the man in the home. He would have had damaged knuckles though, wouldn't he. Interesting development with the butcher's wife.
Brilliant, but can't see how they will fill two more episodes.
The PR chap was in quite a lot from, 3 episodes ago when the shed burnt down. I don't find it confusing at all, but it has to be watched closely, all the time.

I'm usually doing my crosswords when things like, Midsomer or Lewis are on. With this, the action has to be followed, closely and undistractedly.

Loving it.
Stockholm Syndrome, hellywelly??
Definitely, and she is completely controlled by him. He must have organised the whole escape, so she could get over to Switzerland. I do hope Alice wasn't put in the shed, but it doesn't look very hopeful.
