Sending My Location To Friends By Facebook Messenger

Sometimes I want my friends to know exactly where I am. I chat with them on facebook messenger. I could either send my location in a message, or they can track me in real time, either would be ok. The problem seems to be that my phone is a Windows phone, and both of them have Android phones. Does anyone know how to do this please?
