I'm off to bed soon but I won't be able to get any sleep until the junior moggies finally give up tearing a dead pigeon apart in my living room. (It wasn't dead until it had the misfortune to meet their mum earlier on). Oh the joys of having cats!

Morning Jan xxx and Chris. The clown on the idiot box has just said it's all clear skies in the west. He can't mean here, it's horizon to horizon cloud here.

tiggy was out a wee bit longer last night, but it's still a bit too cool for him. He had his favourite supper, a bit of an inspection around the garden and went back to bed.

It's like a scene from a horror movie here at the moment, Boaty!

At least I know that they're all safe though. I was getting really worried about Patches (= mum) when she went missing over the weekend.

I got her back when a neighbour found her in her garage on Sunday evening. (She'd been missing since Thursday morning). She was so terrified and disorientated (after 3 days of being locked in the dark with no food) that the neighbour couldn't persuade her to come out from under the piles of the kids' toys etc, that were piled up in her garage. However as soon as she heard my voice she was out like a shot and dashed straight into my house to find some food!

A happy outcome Chris. That's good news indeed. She won't do that again! I doubt she will venture far for a while, until curiosity gets the better of here again that is!

I'm good. I grated my thumb yesterday...it's quite sore this morning...I'm such a pleb!!

I was grating some Parmesan. My mate was round for dinner, he distracted me!

Yes I do, not a lot lol, no I have loads of things to do round the garden and house so I will be busy, but will make sure I rest as well.
