Phone call from hospital at 7 am, is everything in place for Mic to come home. Yes I told you this yesterday." He is ready just waiting for ambulance, should be home within the hour." they said.
After many more phone calls from them about lifting and carrying he arrived home at 2 ish.
Mic is/was a man's man but when he cried on coming home I was so upset I cried too. Ain't life a bitch at times. Carers have been coming and going all day my house feels like a market place. Mic is now asleep and I will be after a warm bath and a B&C. Just dawned on me I haven't had a fag since he came home.

Oh Jeza, I can't say enough how glad I am for you. I know we say this every time but do look after yourself too.
Never feel you have to be tip top tidy or dressed smart when the carers come - and let them do what they need and have a brew.

Please say welcome home from Mamya - love to you both. ♥
Jeza you must be so pleased Mic is where he belongs, with you. Love to you both. cupid. xx

Well Jeza it's been a long time coming, but you have finally got there. Well done and regards to Mic.
Take care now, Jeza....and you know you can let off steam here if you need to.

I should think not having the daily hospital visits with all that driving will be a blessing and Mic will be more relaxed too I should hope....at least he'll have your cooking!...x
Well done Jeza, you have finally done it. Got him back home where he belongs. I'm so glad for you both.
Jeza - I hope you don't mind me adding a song too and the words Mic wrote with it.

Evening Mamya, I haven't been on your thread for a while. This reminds me of me and Jez. Oops I should have said Jez and I. I don't want to upset the grammar police.

Maybe tomorrow it may bring a smile.xxx

Thanks to everyone. I asked Mic what special meal I could make for him. Your Spag Bol he said and he ate it all, along with a dessert and a cup of decent coffee. His words not mine.
There you go...a good start, Jeza.....MrG was grateful for even my burnt offerings whenever he escaped from hospital....☻
Can picture you Jeza: Cig in each hand, steamy bath & double B&C. Well done, You deserve it x
