Treasurer, three of these were filled by school governors. Does anyone know if this is allowed?
sorry for state of my post, I'm using my mobile as pc has gone off!

Parents can be goveners , but it sounds very dubious that they should also be in senior positions in the PTA.

How would i get a copy of the constitution?
The consitution must be available to all members , the school office will have a copy and the PTA secretary MUST have copies available for anyone who needs it.
