HELP! ASAP! Has anyone being to the Lollibop festival?

Have you been or know someone that has, if so how do you rate it?

I want to go with a friend and her kids today but it seems that ticketmaster is out of tickets. Can i get tickets from somewhere else or do they sell them on the door?
