Strange question - everyone is different
Can can pregnant any time from onset of menstruation to the end of the menopause. The usual age for the menopause is between 45 and 55, although some women go through it much earlier and others much later.
I was 42 when I conceived naturally for the 2nd time and went on to have a healthy baby girl. It took us over a year to get pregnant though with plenty of practice!
