have you ever been to see a live standup? Who was it? Were they any good?
I saw Medinner, he was ok, 8/10. I saw Phil Kay, he was poor 4/10. Rich Hall, amazing musical act as Otis Krenshaw the texan ex con, superb, 9/10. Tim Vine, right up my street, 9/10, like Tommy Cooper reborn, he was just like that guy.

Dave Gorman - 8/10

Billy Connelly - 9/10

I love Clary. He's clever and slightly understated. Which is lucky cos I normally have only a little time for people that overplay the gay card. But his stuff is good. If I were gay I'd probably at least kiss him, I can understand the reaction. For a sexy woman like yourself I'm sure the encounter would be full of surprises.

I saw Dara at the fringe and met him in a club afterwards, he's great. Not a huge fan of mock the week tho.
gulp....

Just 6 for Jack Dee?

I'd love to see Jimmy Carr, his vids are great.
I've seen:
Billy Connelly 10/10
Gregor Fisher: 8/10
Elaine C Smith 9/10

and a few unknown that were hilariously funny....hoping to go and see Peter Kay later this year.
I've seen quite a few but a lot of them have been in the pub down the road from me which has a comedy night on Saturdays and is (or at least used to be) run by Steve Frost. (Guy with the bushy eye brows who used to be on Who's Line is it Anyway?

I've seen Marc Lamar, Bill Bailey, Alan Davies, One of the guys from Corky and the Juice Pigs, Graham Norton (very good suprisingly)... quite a few actually in there and some of them did quiz nights too (comparing obviously). I've also seen Peter Kay but I enjoyed it.

My older sister, who considers herself a natural born comic, was walking in Marks and Spencers when her heel was clipped by a wayward trolley, pushed by that lassie off Chewin the Fat. Quick as a flash, my sister shouts 'Gonnae no dae that', a quick reply came 'How', and 'Just gonnae no'. I think she was pretty impressed by the speed, the onlookers were a mix of choking with laughter and running for the door.

Bing Hitler 10/10
Peter Kay really did make my cheeks ache, but I don't think I'd laugh so much if I saw him now.
Ken Dodd, saw him many many years ago and he was amazing, where is redhead by the way?
Question Author
I didn't know of Bill Hicks til I saw one of those ubiquitous 'Top XXXX of all time' shows on channel 4, I think he got in the top 5, a comedian's comedian. Looked pretty hilarious, sharp as well.
