Is it illegal to have entered into more than one IVA? I succesfully completed and IVA in 2004 but may need to have another due to redundancy.

Why do you have to go down the IVA route?

There are others.

Speak to the likes of CAB or CCCS

Or better still try and get another job!!

But you did not answer my question....
You need to contact the firm who handled your IVA arragement the first time round and advise them of your changed circumstances, urgently. It will then be their job to renegotiate your payments whilst you job seek.

Lenders are duty bound, by law, to accept payments that are reasonable and in accordance with your circumstances.

Good luck
