could the baby be harmed?

i was prescribed some prenatal pills and it said to take them with food for the calcium but i took it without food, could this harm my baby?
prev long spells depressed while pregnant
  
next first pregnancy at 40 years old . . .

i thought the only reason you were told to take tablets/pills with food or drink was so that they were fully absorbed into your body and worked faster and quicker? :\ but i'm probally pretending i knwo what i'm talking about lol

another reason some medication states this is because it can cause heartburn/ indegestion if taken on an empty stomach. I am sure you dont need to worry,
