So he is saying that folk who cast "black votes" will be swayed to support those who let illegal immigrants into the country that the "black voters" consider home, regardless as to whether they came here or were born here ? I would hope that wasn't true as it would suggest a group within society not high on the list of being worth listening to. And that would be a tragedy.

Meanwhile how is it that it seems a qualification for getting a job affecting others is to be hard of thinking, and willing to make things as bad as possible ?
