Well, I have bought a Phillips Satin Ice Epilator on Ebay and I'm really pleased with it. Have tried it on my legs and it wasn't too bad - really!
The only thing is it hasn't got any instructions, and I need to know when you use the 'emery' type head, and how you clean the thing. Does the top come off? Does anyone have a copy of the instructions which I might get a copy of please?

Hi bigsister, so sorry, I haven't had a computer til now,my hard drive crashed and only just got it rebuilt. Did you get sorted out? Let me know, and I can scan the instructions in at work next week, and then come back on here, and I think you can just reply with your email address. The model I have is just the Satinelle Ice, but prob v similar, Paws
