3 yr old girl pressie!

I have 2 pressies to buy this weekend - but im hopeless at ideas! i'll post them seperately on here......3yr old girl who has absolutely everything! She lives with her grandma and has 3 young aunties at home who all spoil her rotten, we are going to her birthday party (ive been good friends with the grandma for many years) and really dont know where to begin looking for her pressie - needs to be something real unusual. Thanks for your help!
