I have tried to give BA to a thread for about 3 hours now, and I keep getting this ::::

"We'll be back as soon as possible. If you can't wait, why not chat with us and other AnswerBank members on our Facebook page?"

What is going on ? I have never seen this before !

That's the 'server busy' message. I typically encounter it a few times each week but simply refreshing the page (F5) usually fixes things. I've no idea why it should only be affecting 'Best Answer'. (Someone seems to have successfully given me one within the same time period).

Well there is an Answerbank page on Facebook, but as Facebook have recently cracked down on its users having pseudonyms, I have had to change my Bathsheba name to my given name, therefore I will not be participating in any discussions on Answerbank's page.

I have tried this again just now, and I am getting the same response. I have turned off my PC and started again, but it doesn't seem to make any difference.

Is there any Mods on here that can shed some light on the problem ?
