You won't always be sick but sometimes you will feel that way.. it's not a regular thing though, but i think you will feel so comfortable with vomiting by the end of 2nd trimester, you'll have no problem letting it go..it won't always be in the morning either, it can happen constantly and all day long lol...the pains are probably ur bowels cuz ur insides are going to get squished together as ur body makes more room for the baby, my advice  is fiber

Check it out with your G.P. if the pains continue.  It may be trapped wind or something you've eaten; the pregnancy itself should not be causing pain. Your doc will be able to put your mind at rest.
i had something like period pains in the early stages of my pregnancy and all went well, but as other answers advise i would definately see your doctor or midwife. Im sure everything is fine as but previous your body is going through so many changes, but some professional advice will put your mind at ease, you dont need the stress now! good luck x
p.s. ginger, as itself or ginger biscuits, are supposed to be good for morning sickness, hope it helps
Muscles are being forced into shape at the moment in preparation for 'the big bulge'. These muscles are usually fairly weak as they're not used much. It is easy to pull these muscles which can cause abdominal pain. We found this website handy :

Hi gilmore,

I am 8-10 weeks pregnant, I to get pains, mine is down to bad bowels, I would not worry to much if the pain is bad then go to the hospital, but it could be trapped wind and a lot of changes going on in your tummy at the moment, sometimes your folic acid tablets can cause trapped wind or no being able to go.

It's quite common to get stitch type pains in early pregnancy as your womb grows. I know I did and it was worrying but it doesn't mean anything bad. My morning sickness didn't kick in until I was 8 weeks so at 6 weeks it's still early days and you won't necessarily have loads of hormones to make you feel that way yet. Or you might be a lucky one and it's gone away quickly! Don't stress if you can and good luck with the pregnancy.

like everyone is saying go see your gp...but to put your mind at rest when i was pregnant i had the same problem...for the first three months i had awful pains but the gp told me it was just my uterus getting ready for pregnancy its nothing you may also feel muscle pains that feels like a ticking but that is normal aswell "apparently" lol good luck hope all goes well!!!

I suffered exactly the same at 18 weeks. I was in agony when I moved and sneezing and coughing were agony. The doctor very diplomatically told me that as I was an older first time mum (29 !) my muscles were not stretching as well as a younger mum, and it soon improved. It was very painful though.
