my husband died 3 years ago and i am entitled to his private pension if i remarry will this entitlement stop

You will have to ask the pension provider as it depends on their rules.
it is very unlikely - the pension provided to you was as a result of you being the widow of your husband - even if you remarry, you are still his widow - he will have paid into that pension throughout his working life, or his company has paid in on his behalf as part of his contract of employment. That should not stop just because you remarry. As anniebird says, it is always best to check any documentation that you may have, but I have never heard of a clause like that in any pensions, and I have worked in financial services for 15 years - that is not to say that they dont exist !
