What to do when you are lonely...?

Hi everyone, just wondering what you all do when you feel lonely? Things are rubbish at the moment, Dad just died last month, i have a lovely boyfriend but lives at the other end of the country, We're having to leave our home of 22 years coz we cant afford it anymore, I have lots of mates, all of whom are down south, away or have given up asking me to go out coz i've been so busy, skint and down lately... there's been a few times i've tried talking to people close to me about how I feel and they literally don't hear me, so I give up trying. I'm a very bubbly kind of person so no one really expects me to be down a lot of the time... there's no right answers... I feel there's not much point talkin to my family, close friend or boyfriend tonight as they're all busy doing nice things and don't wanna dampen their relaxation time... just fancied talking a little bit to someone... (my mum is ALWAYS on AB so mum, if you read this... not hard feelings, just feeling a bit rubbish... ) x

now you two get that kettle on.....take care both of you,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, anne.
You've just given your Mum 3 kisses. I think you'll find she needs at least 4.
Mum will be fine with us and life will get on an even keel, hard to believe but it does, ((HUGS)) to both of you.
clipclop. Off to the library with you. Get out books which will tell you about the places to be visited on the cruise so you can impress the passengers. If it is to non English speaking countries, learn hello, goodbye, please and thankyou in each language. Check out the itinerary on a map. Find out about the countries. Famous places? Famous people?
Organise with your Mum how and when you can keep in touch with her.

O sorry Boxtops, I've been accepted a couple places but chose Surrey uni, really like it!
Great clipclop - I know you'll be back and posting on here again before you.... OR - you might just find a way of AB-ing from the ship!!!

Today would have been my dad's birthday. Sad and lonely but playing here and have a good book to take to bed. Tomorrow I will get back to my Italian lessons. Good luck.

I work as part of the Youth Crew for P&O Cruises looking after 800+ children on every cruise (depending on which ship it is as they are all different sizes) I used to work for them full time but quit to go to college for my uni qualification, so whenever I have some free time I ring them up and say im available and they stick me on a ship. It was scary when I first started but now I know the job inside out so its actually EASY to look after that many kids ( as loong as you've got a good team around you). So I'm headin back for 2 months to earn and save some money before uni kicks off.

All Hail the AB Blubbers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
