No Emails Or Gmails

New Galaxy J5 phone has suddenly stopped relaying any e or gmails to me
Show up on lap top
Do I have to drag myself into town to the car phone warehouse?
Any solutions?

oh flip. this happened to me a few months ago on my Nokia Lumia smartphone. For the life of me I can't remember how I solved it but if I remember I will post again. sorry & hope you get it sorted soon x

When you go to your email / gmail account there should be a refresh symbol at the top of the page, just touch that and let the page refresh and then see if you have any email / gmails.

Check that you've got Mobile Data download enabled within your 'Settings' menu.

If I remember correctly, my Grandson having my old Galaxy now, there should be a 'tick-box' to select in the Mobile Data Download option within the Settings menu.
