The SuperLeague is going to have a new team ...the Yorkshire Jets.

That's a big catchment area, so they should be a strong team.

This is quite exciting.

Never thought I'd see the words Yorkshire and Jets in the same sentence, far less as the name of a sports team!

Kent have their Spitfires, Warwickshire their Bears,(albeit in cricket) so Yorkshire have their........ Jets!?

Couldn't they have called themselves the Tykes, or at a push, the Whippets?
